There was a guy who was taking pictures and I asked him if it was included in the trip, he said yes, but later tried to sell us the pictures (poor quality). We had a rest for some coffee and snacks (not included in the price) a couple of times, one during sunset. The staff also offered to take pictures, again, amazing staff! I recommend this trip”

The tour and instructions are in English, but there was always someone being attentive to translate to my Dad, who only speaks Spanish. I book everything based on reviews and this seemed the best, however looking into it more the last review left was August last year. Messaged this operator to check our pick up time and never got response. Was ready for 4am in case they decided to show up but never did. Viator not helpful at all, assured this place was still in business despite the fact they "could not reach" the operator.”
